Do you think you may have COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?

Take these steps:

  1. Call the nearest public health center or COVID-19 Hotline/COVID-19 Consultation Center/Call Center for Returnees and Potential Contacts set up in each prefecture. Follow all directions from the center’s staff.
  2. If you are a foreign resident in Japan and living in Saitama prefecture, The New Coronavirus Consultation Hotline is available.
    • Consultation Times: 24-hour hotline, available everyday including Saturdays and Sundays

  3. Visit the medical institution you are introduced to. If your call does not connect you to any of the above centers, make an appointment at the nearest outpatient fever/COVID-19 clinic.
  4. Do NOT come directly to our hospital or Emergency Department. We are NOT a COVID-19 testing site.
